- Thumbnail is only permitted to be used as intended (Youtube Thumbnail or Twich Thumbnail) any other use of this artwork will be required to be taken down.
- Turn-around time is 7-10 days.
- Advertisement on social media about upcoming video or released video with the artwork is ok.
- Some details of characters may be simplified.
- Non-humans , animals , robots, etc are considered as 'characters'
- Cars / Vehicles and complex character designs will incurr in extra fees,'
- Background for thumbnail can be an image from google, drawn or using photobashing skills.
- If you want a 100% drawn background for thumbnail and it's very detailed it may incurr in extra fees.
- If no feedback have been received 12 hrs before/after delivery, art will be rendered and no revisions will be made.

What size will the thumbnail be?
Normally they will be 1920×1080, but if you want it in other size please do specify in the order.
Do you provide character design for the thumbnai?
NO. I do not provide character design nor character from description. If you want to change something of your character, DO send references!!
Can I get my thumbnail faster in X hours?
NO, The fastest time I can provide are the Extra Fast Delivery option for an extra cost (2 - 3 days depending of the package). I cannot do it faster as it takes time to sketch, draw and color them. Please be remined that you are not the only buyer/ client ^^ Your understanding will be appreciated
I want expressions for YouTube videos, what do I do?
You can order the tier 1 Thumbnail ($20) for each Expression or pose you want and use them for your YouTube videos. Standard and Premium package are only for different characters within the canvas and parts which are overlapping will not be drawn.
If I order the tier 2 or tier 3, can you send separate png of the characters?
No, If you order a tier 2 or tier 3, you'll only receive one thumbnail with the stated amount of character in the same drawing. As all are drawn in one single layer / canvas. If you want separate png each would cost as in tier 1 ($20) per character or pose for the character.
Can you draw me as an anime/cartoon character for the thumbnail?
Yes I can! Just send me a good picture of yourself (with good light) and I'll draw you in anime/cartoon style for thumbnails. (Send pictures as JPG or PNG files only)
Can I request separate png of text in my order?
You can only request one text or phrase for your thumbnail. If you want different texts to be sent as separate png, there will be extra charge ($1 each) . This includes if you want numbers from 0-9 separately.
Do you sell psd file/ Original file?
No, I don't sell nor provide psd file/ Original file
