Why are your prices so high?!?!
For me this is a BUSINESS and in order to offer a PROFESSIONAL and RELIABLE service on a LARGE SCALE, with a 99% SUCCESS RATE, EVERY month requires me to incur SIGNIFICANT fees, ESPECIALLY if you don't order in ADVANCE and I have to make LAST MINUTE arrangements.

Are tickets guaranteed?
While I strive to secure your desired date(s) and time(s), I cannot guarantee time slots. However, desired date(s) are pretty much guaranteed. In the unlikely event I'm unable to do so, I will provide a full refund.
What are the costs of tickets?
For adults it's US$10 each and for children (under 18 y/o) it's US$5 each. Please be sure to choose the correct ticket type when placing orders! Please note, packages DO NOT include ticket costs and must be added as extras.
I see packages have a maximum of 6 tickets. Can I purchase more than 6 tickets?
Yes! One package is applicable for 6 tickets, but if you'd like more, you'll need to add more packages. For example, for 7-12 tickets you'll require two packages. PAKAGE QUANTITY IS ONLY ADJUSTABLE ON PC. Additionally, packages DO NOT include ticket costs and will need to be added as extras.
Will my name be on the tickets?
Yes! This a legitimate service and the tickets are completely authentic and will have your name on them. Please note, only ONE name can be on the tickets. Ghibli doesn't put individual names of every person in a group on the tickets.
When will I receive the tickets?
Tickets for Ghibli Museum go on sale on the 10th of every month for tickets for the following month. For example, tickets for June 25 would go on sale on May 10. You will receive confirmation immediately after purchase and can receive the tickets at anytime.
How do I receive the tickets?
The standard method is self-pickup. Alternatively, I can arrange to have them mailed domestically to your hotel in Japan (US$15) or home address (requires custom quote for international deliveries). Please note, the tickets are in paper form and CANNOT be emailed to you.
How do I pickup the tickets?
The pickup process is very straightforward. All you have to do is go to ANY Lawson location ANYTIME BEFORE ADMISSION and print a receipt which you then hand to the cashier who will issue the tickets to you.
The package delivery date doesn't align with my schedule. Can you help me?
The delivery date for the packages are simply placeholders as I cannot set a fixed timeframe that aligns with everyone's specific needs. You can pickup the tickets at anytime after purchase or if you opted for delivery, I will mail them to you in advance.
