Yes! This a legitimate service and the tickets are completely authentic and will have your name on them. Please note, only ONE name can be on the tickets. Ghibli doesn't put individual names of every person in a group on the tickets.

Tickets for Ghibli Park go on sale on the 10th of every month for tickets 2 months in advance. For example, tickets for March would go on sale on January 10. You will receive confirmation immediately after purchase and can receive the tickets on the date you specify.

I arrange to have them mailed domestically to your hotel in Japan or home address internationally (additional charge of US$30). Please note, the tickets are in paper form and CANNOT be emailed to you.
