- Wait for Ticket Sales: Tickets are released on the 10th one month in advance for Ghibli MUSEUM and two months in advance for Ghibli PARK.
- Confirmation: I'll purchase the tickets on your behalf and provide confirmation.
- Pickup or Delivery: For self-pickup, I'll provide a detailed guide to make the process a breeze. For delivery, your tickets will be sent to the specified address.
- Verify and Complete: Only after you've confirmed receipt of the tickets, will the order be marked as complete.

Why are your prices so high?!?!
For me this is a BUSINESS and in order to offer a PROFESSIONAL and RELIABLE service on a LARGE SCALE, with a 99% SUCCESS RATE, EVERY month requires me to incur SIGNIFICANT fees, ESPECIALLY if you don't order in ADVANCE and I have to make LAST MINUTE arrangements.
There's so many scammers out there. How can I trust you?

Are tickets guaranteed?
Yes! If your desired date(s)/time(s) are available at the time of purchase, tickets are guaranteed.
What are the costs of tickets?
For Ghibli Museum, both adults and children are US$10 each. For Ghibli Park, premium tickets are US$60 per adult and US$30 per child. Regular tickets are US$30 per adult and US$15 per child.
How many tickets can I purchase?
One package is applicable for a maximum of 6 tickets, so if you'd more, you'll need to pay for multiple packages. For example, for 7-12 tickets will require two packages. Additionally, packages DO NOT include ticket costs.
Will my name be on the tickets?
Yes! This a legitimate service and the tickets are completely authentic and will have your name on them. Please note, only ONE name can be on the tickets. Ghibli doesn't put individual names of every person in a group on the tickets.
When will I receive the tickets?
You will receive confirmation immediately after purchase and can pickup the tickets at anytime. For deliveries, the tickets will arrive on the date specified.
How do I receive the tickets?
For Ghibli Museum, the standard method is self-pickup, however, delivery can be arranged at an additional cost. For Ghibli Park, the standard method is domestic delivery. For international deliveries, the cost is US$45. Please note, the tickets are in paper form and CANNOT be emailed to you.
How do I pickup the tickets?
Only Ghibli Museum tickets can be picked up. The pickup process is very straightforward. All you have to do is go to ANY Lawson location ANYTIME BEFORE ADMISSION and print a receipt which you then hand to the cashier who will issue the tickets to you.
