Hi! My name is Nelah, and I have been a voice over artist since 2018 and received certification from the South African Voice Over Academy (SAVOA).
I am based in Cape Town, South Africa where I have a quality home studio and have recorded work for big brands like Standard Bank, VW, PMI and Unicef.
I am able to record:

- Training & eLearning narrations

From casual & friendly to serious & authoritative - I can do it all AND with a fast turnaround!
Once I have recorded, I will clean the audio, remove fluffs and breathes, edit and master it. I will then send you a high quality WAV file (or mp3 if preferred) with the requested presets if any.
All I'll need from you is a Word / PDF document with the FINAL script, and another document or plain text with the desired vocal direction.

Are you open to negotiating rates?
Yes. I'm aware budgets are never the same and nor are clients.
Can you deliver within hours?
Yes. There will be additional fees for this depending on the word count, delivery requirements, etc.
What languages do you speak?
I'm fluent in English and Xhosa. I can read Afrikaans.
Can I listen in and direct a session live?
Yes. I am able to connect via Zoom, Teams, CleanFeed and Fiverr also offers options to call. NOTE: I am based in Cape Town, South Africa and so I am in the SAST time zone.
What gear do you use?
- I use a Focusrite Scarlett 3rd Gen interface - Adobe Audition - XLR phantom powered CM25 MkIII condenser mic - Sennheiser Headphones
The voice over will be used on Social Media and YouTube, do I need to purchase Commercial Rights?
Yes. Commercial rights will allow you to use the voice over on all non-paid and non-promoted marketing channels.
How do revisions work?
If I make a mistake on my end or did not follow your direction as requested, I will make a revision for free. If YOU make a mistake or change the script in ANY way after the voice over has already been delivered, there will be an additional charge for those revisions.
