Drafting all types of legal documents under Indonesian law, such as: shares/asset purchase agreement, sale and purchase of goods, service agreement, business contracts related to trade and commerce, terms and conditions and privacy policy for your website.

Conditions:

1. Contract draft in one language (English or Indonesia) will consist of no more than 10 pages. It means the contract is very simple and straight-forward. You are expected to clearly understand your objectives and purpose of the legal relationship between you and your contract partner.
2. Before the start of the work, please explain the nature of the contract and what you expect and your objectives toward your contract partners, please provide as many details as possible about the conditions of the contract objects and your contract partners.
3. Contract draft result will be given in a form of Word format.
4. Result will be sent on a agreed time as we agree in the gig description.
5. I guarantee to keep any confidential information provided to me during the work and will immediately delete all information once the work has been completed.
6. Subject to Indonesian Law regarding Language, contract may be made in English language.
