About this Gig
Hey, I'm Nemanja. I've been running my own online business since 2024 (a small skincare brand at selvee.rs that I built and ship from), and before that I handled online sales and customer ops for a few other shops. Translation: I've lived inside Excel and inside real production code for years. I know what an actual operator needs from a spreadsheet, not just what a coder thinks looks clever.
Here's the thing most sellers in this niche miss. You don't really want a macro. You want your Tuesday morning back. So I build automations the way a business owner would: short, readable, commented, and tested on your real (read: messy) data, not the tidy sample you sent me.
What I can do for you:
- VBA macros and userforms when you need to stay 100% inside Excel
- Python (pandas + openpyxl) when speed and reliability matter more than purity
- Cleanup of dirty CSV exports from Shopify, Etsy, QuickBooks, you name it
- Fixing the broken VBA that ChatGPT or Copilot spat out and left you with
What does your workflow look like? Send me the file and a quick note on what's eating your time. Every order ships with a short Loom video so you (or your team) can actually use the thing after I'm gone

FAQ
Will this run on my version of Excel? I'm on Mac / Office 2019 / 64-bit and I've been burned before.
Tell me your version up front and I'll test before delivery. Mac and 64-bit are where most VBA quietly breaks, so I write defensively around the known gotchas. If it misfires on your machine after delivery, that's on me to fix, not on you to debug.
What if my real data is messier than the sample I send you?
Honestly, it always is. That's why Standard and Premium include error handling for the usual offenders: merged cells, blank rows, mixed dates, shifted columns. Send me one real export and I'll build around what's actually there, not a fantasy version.
Can my team maintain the file after you deliver, or are we stuck with you forever?
Stuck with me is bad for both of us. Every macro gets inline comments in plain English, a short documentation sheet inside the workbook, and a Loom walkthrough. If your team knows basic Excel, they'll tweak ranges and thresholds without calling me back.
ChatGPT wrote me some VBA and it half-works. Can you just fix it?
Yes, that's become a big chunk of my work lately. Send me the code and the file it should run on. I'll tell you whether it's worth patching or whether we should rewrite the ugly parts. AI-generated code is usually 70% there; the last 30% burns the afternoon.
VBA or Python: which one should I pick?
Quick rule of thumb. If the file stays inside Excel and your team only knows Excel, go VBA. If you're processing tens of thousands of rows, hitting an API, or scheduling a daily job, Python wins. Not sure? Describe what you're doing and I'll tell you straight.
