1. What exactly do I get each month?
Every month I keep your WordPress core, plugins and themes updated, run backups, monitor uptime, and check your site's health. On Standard and Premium I also handle security monitoring, malware protection and small edits. You also get a monthly report so you always know what was done.
2. My site is already built — can you take over maintenance?
Yes, absolutely. Message me first with your site URL and I'll review it. If it needs any initial cleanup or setup, I'll let you know before we start — then I enroll you in the monthly plan that fits your site.
3. What happens if my site gets hacked or goes down?
On Standard and Premium, malware cleanup is included — I'll clean the infection, close the security hole and restore your site from backup if needed. On Basic, I can handle it as a one-time add-on. Because I keep regular backups, recovery is fast.
4. Which plan do I need — Basic, Standard or Premium?
Basic suits business and brochure sites. Standard adds security and malware protection for most active sites. Premium is built for WooCommerce and online stores, with hourly backups so you never lose more than an hour of orders. Not sure? Message me and I'll recommend the right fit.
5. Do you need access to my website?
Yes — I'll need WordPress admin access, and for some tasks hosting access too. You can share this securely once we start, and you stay in full control. I use professional tools to manage everything safely.
6. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The plan is month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. If you choose a 3 or 6-month subscription you get a discount, but there's no obligation to continue beyond your term. I want you to stay because the service is worth it, not because you're stuck.
7. How often are backups made, and how long are they kept?
Backups run automatically — daily on Basic and Standard, hourly on Premium for WooCommerce and busy sites. Every backup is stored securely for 50 days, so you can restore from any point in that window. Older backups roll off as new ones are made, so you always have recent, restorable copies.
8. Do backups and maintenance slow down my website?
No. I runs backups and monitoring from outside your site, using lightweight, incremental processes that don't load your server or affect visitors. Backups run at off-peak hours. Your site stays just as fast — often faster, since I keep everything updated and optimized.
