Yes of course. But I'll send you a quote for other marketing material as this gig is for website banners and social media banners.
What information do you need to start the job?
I need the size of the banner, the text you want on, logos, or any images you want to use in the design and reference design to perfectly understand your vision.
Can you help me to make a social media designs?
YES! Feel free to order the gig. I design covers, profile images, ads, and posts for all social media sites, the price is the same as per a website banner.
Can you install the banner on my website and what do you need to install?
Yes, I can install but you can message me for its quote. I need editor access to your website to install banners on your website.
Can you make me more versions?
Yes! Firstly pick the package you want (1, 3, or 5 banners). In the next step, you have the option to order the same style in various sizes or more styles of the same size. If you are confused about it, message me! My response time is an hour.
What is the time delivery?
My delivery time is very fast and depends upon the number of banners you want. But Mostly I deliver orders for 1 banner in 1 day, 3 banners in 1 to 2 days. 5 to 7 banners in 1 to 3 days.
How much time does the revisions take?
I always try to revise any project as soon as possible, but the average revision time takes approx. 12-18 hours, more or less (Some of your revisions are delivered within an hour too). In any case, please be patient because quality always requires some time! :)
I need my job to be completed in 24h or less. Is this possible?
YES! Once you pick the package you want, there is an option on the next page for 24 hours delivery. But if you want the urgent delivery within a couple of hours then you can message me.
What if I don`t like the design, do you offer refunds?
Please know that by buying the gig you are buying my time. I am glad to give you modifications after the delivery but no new designs from scratch. Those are extra costs.
What work you can't do?
I can't work on Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine, Halloween, Diwali, and any work related to religion. I can't work related to pornography, and any sexual content.
