Do I need GoHighLevel or any other software?
No. I host and run everything. You just get the texts.
What does the monthly price include?
Hosting, your business number, up to 500 call minutes, missed call text back and updates when your details change. If you're busier, more minutes can be added.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. There's no contract.
Can it have a British or Irish accent?
Yes. There are male and female voices, including British and Irish accents.
Does it book appointments?
It answers every call and gets you the caller's details straight away, so you can call back while they're keen. Calendar booking isn't included.
Can I test it before it goes live?
Yes. I test it on real calls first, then you ring it and tell me anything you want changed.
What do you need from me?
Your website and business facts, and the mobile number the call texts should go to. UK phone rules also mean your business number has to be registered to you, which needs photo ID and proof of your business address. I'll explain how to send those securely once your order starts.
