Can you fix password-protected Excel files?
Answer: I cannot "hack" or bypass passwords. You must provide the correct password so I can access the formulas, VBA code, and data structure to perform the repair.
Is my data safe with you?
Answer: Absolutely. Data privacy is my top priority. I am happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) if required. Once the order is completed and approved, I delete your files from my local system.
Do I need to send my real, sensitive data?
Answer: If your data is highly sensitive, you can send me a "dummy" version of the file with fake data, as long as it maintains the exact same structure, formulas, and VBA code. This allows me to fix the logic without seeing your private information.
What if you cannot fix my file?
Answer: If after a thorough analysis I determine the file is beyond repair (e.g., total file corruption), I will inform you immediately and we can cancel the order at no cost to you. I only charge for successful solutions.
Do you fix Power Query or Power Pivot errors too?
Answer: Yes! I can debug "Data Source Not Found" errors, refresh issues, and complex M-code or DAX measures within your Excel workbook.
