What information do you need from me to get started?
Ideally, I would need a brief or a basic script, and any specific graphic assets (logos, images) you have and would like me to embed in the video. If you have specific brand guidelines or any style preferences it would be great to receive references, links or materials.
What if I don’t have a basic script or logo?
No worries! As part of my services I can create anything you might need, including a script, a logo design, and more - Price update according to the additional items might be needed.
How will I ensure you will provide a video with the correct information?
Before starting, we will conduct a kick-off video call meeting, in which we will discuss in detail all aspects of the project. I would ask to receive any supporting information that could help me better understand your business/product/service.
How will I ensure the animation will meet my expectations?
The production process has a specific breakdown, including two rounds of free revisions to each step - making sure you are 100% confident with each aspect of the video. The process is linear, and I will move on to the next step only after receiving approval for the current step.
What is expected from me, the client, in the process?
- Sending me a preliminary brief or script and any other supporting materials or information needed. - Having a kick-off video call meeting to discuss all aspects of the project. - Supplying feedback, requesting revisions and approving each production step delivery to move on.
What are the turnaround times?
Turnaround times (receiving your feedback on each delivery) should take up to 1 day to deliver as scheduled. Exceeding turnaround times, or additional requests for revisions may affect the final handover of the final video.
What is the work process? What are the different production steps?

How many revisions are included?
I offer two free rounds of revisions for EACH PRODUCTION STEP to ensure your animation meets your expectations. Additional revisions can be supplied with additional payment. All revisions will apply to the current production step only, and that doesn’t imply revising approved previous steps.
What is the STORYBOARD? Why is this important?
The storyboard is the visual adaptation of the script, and is basically the blue-print of the video, carefully planning each shot. It’s used to make sure that story is carried out, and as the layout to all the illustration and animation work, so the final outcome will meet your expectations.
Which extra production elements do you provide besides the elements detailed in the packages?
I can supply SUBTITLES, special LOGO ANIMATION, LOGO DESIGN, special VISUAL EFFECTS, TRANSLATED VERSIONS, RATIO ADAPTATIONS, versions with DIFFERENT DURATIONS (for different kinds of ads), export of the created ASSETS (for different other uses), 3D MODELS & ANIMATIONS.
