Yes, typically via TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or SSH/console access depending on the device. I'll walk you through the safest way to set this up before we start.
What if my router/firewall/switch brand isn't listed in your gig?
I work with most major brands (Cisco, MikroTik, Juniper, Sophos, Ubiquiti, Huawei, and more). Message me your device model before ordering and I'll confirm I can support it
Do you need physical access to my hardware?
No — all configuration is done remotely. As long as your device has network or console access, I can configure it from anywhere.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Your device model, current network setup (or a brief description), and what you're trying to achieve. I'll ask for anything specific once we connect
What happens if something doesn't work after configuration?
All packages include revisions, and I offer post-delivery support if an issue comes up related to the work delivered.
Can you configure a brand-new setup, or only fix existing ones
Both — I handle fresh installs and configurations from scratch, as well as troubleshooting and fixing existing setups
Is my network data/configuration kept confidential?
Yes. I don't share, store, or reuse any client network information beyond what's needed to complete the job.
