Who am I?
I am a dedicated and compassionate coach who specializes in working with autistic adults who are struggling with executive function, time management, productivity, and emotional skills. As an AuDHD adult, I understand the unique struggles and strengths that come with neurodivergence and will work with you to develop solutions to navigate executive functioning. I received training from a highly experienced coach and am equipped to help you navigate a neurotypical world.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a safe space for you to address any struggles that you are experiencing and develop sustainable solutions to improve your life. Autistic adults adults often face difficulties in areas such as planning, organization, and time management. As a coach, I focus on developing the essential skills to foster improved mastery of life, acceptance of self, and enjoyment in living in a neurotypical world.

Executive functions are cognitive skills that help us manage our lives effectively. Autism and ADHD create challenges in areas such as planning, organization, and time management. As an Executive Function Coach specialist, I focus on building habits that fit how your brain is wired!
What is executive function skills development?
Executive Function Skill Development: Through interactive sessions, I will guide you in enhancing skills such as organization, time management, prioritization, task initiation, and problem-solving.
What does a coaching session look like?
Sessions are an hour long. We will meet weekly or more if needed. We will prioritize goals and develop plans to make you more productive and engaged. Sessions and goals are driven by you, and tailored to your personality and lifestyle.
What happens if a session is missed?
Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of any need to cancel or reschedule. Clients who do not show up for their meeting will be charged and have their delivery closed.
