Can fields contain long answers?
Each text limit is set to its visible box with scrolling disabled so printed copies never clip text. Multiline answers stay within the visible line count.
Do you use AI?
Local tools create and check the form fields. AI assistance may help plan positions if permitted. Confidential files are never uploaded to an external AI provider without separate permission.
What does the revision cover?
One consolidated adjustment to approved labels or positions within the same field set and layout. New fields, field types or redesign need a new scope. I correct my own processing errors.
