About this gig
Dear client,
I am an Architectural Engineer and MEP-Revit-modeler with more than 6 years of experience in the building environment, MEP-sector and BIM Models. I am also a Revit Certified Professional.
I will provide you with an MEP-model (Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC) based on sketches, 2D-drawings or we can design it from scratch for you.
The customer provides architectural drawings (DWG-format) and/or sketches (DWG-format, or hand sketches)
What is the workflow?
- Receiving requirements (files, dimensions, images, pdf, dwg ... etc.);
- Modelling en documenting for pre-submission;
- After review modifing the model, if needed;
- Providing the final submission;
- Providing revision, if needed;
