1. When will my order be delivered?
Buyers can order whenever they wish and that's why we can have several active orders simultaneously. We always do our best to deliver on time. If your script has up to 500 words, the recording will be delivered in 48 hours or a few hours before.
2. I need a rush delivery. How can I get an expedite delivery?
When ordering, just add our Gig Extra: “Extra Fast” according to the number of words of your script. If you need a custom delivery time, please request us a custom offer of that additional service, attaching your script and indicating the custom delivery time that you need.
3. Do you record any type of scripts?
No, sorry. We do not record inappropriate content, sexual content or that incites crime/violence/hatred. If you have any question or if your script is a list (words or phrases out of context, separately), please send it to us before ordering and we will check it. Thanks for understanding!
4. About revision option of the orders, what are the terms of service of your Gig?
Revision option of the order is just for mistakes and they must be specified clearly at the time the buyer requests the revision. Revision does not include a new recording of full script after audio delivery due to the script modification,nor additional intonations, instructions/services
5. What is your rate for the basic service (one recording/intonation without additional services nor Commercial/Full Broadcast Rights)?
First 300 words for $10; next words: up to 200 for $5. So: up to 500 for $15, up to 700 for $20, up to 900 for $25, and so on. This basic rate does not include additional services specified in the Gig Description, nor Rights for using the voice over for ANY business-related purpose
6. What is your Commercial Rights rate and Full Broadcast Rights rate?
Each of our Gig Extra of those Rights includes up to 500 words. -Commercial Rights Rate: $15 for up to 500 words; $30 for up to 1000 words; $45 for up to 1500 words, and so on. -Full Broadcast Rights Rate: $25 for up to 500 words; $50 up to 1000 words; $75 up to 1500 words, and so on.
7. Do I choose the Extra Gigs Commercial Rights and/or Full Broadcast Rights?
If there is the intention to use the voice over for any business-related purpose on non-paid channels or paid channels (examples: company websites,social networks,emails,audiobooks,Internet commercials, Radio/Television Ad), it is necessary to purchase Commercial Rights and/or Full Broadcast Rights.
