Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please send a description of the issue, screenshots or error messages, the plugin name, steps to reproduce the problem, and the expected result. I will confirm the correct package before you order.
What is included in the Basic package?
The Basic package covers one small, clearly defined, and reproducible plugin bug on one website. It does not include new features, multiple unrelated issues, or complex integrations.
What access will you need?
Depending on the issue, I may need temporary WordPress administrator access and SFTP or hosting file access. A staging website is preferred. Please create a backup before access is provided.
Does a revision include another bug?
No. A revision covers adjustments related to the original reported bug and agreed scope. A new or unrelated issue requires a separate order or custom offer.
Can you add a new plugin feature?
This Gig is primarily for bug fixing. Small related adjustments may be possible through a custom offer. New feature development should be ordered through my plugin development service.
Can you work on premium or third-party plugins?
Yes, if you have a valid license and permission to modify the code. I do not bypass licenses, work with nulled plugins, or provide unauthorized copies of paid software.
