What color grade software do we use?
Our preferred editing softwares are Davinci Resolve, Cinemagrade, and 3d lut creator... but we can cover a longer range of editing softwares to cover all and any of your needs.
What is needed from me to get the process started?
● Send us a message describing your project and budget. ● Send a link to your files: -Your raw video files in categorized folders for video and sound -Use a lossless codec like Apple ProRes4444/422HQ. All text overlays, color adjustments (LUT), and effects toggled OFF. -All metadata info
What will I receive?
We have two options for you: You can receive a lossless video file (Quicktime) which in most cases is too heavy for final online delivery, and you can compress it to a more suitable codec like h.264. Or We compress it for you and send it in h.264
How do you determine the price?
The price depends on a few factors. These include, but are not limited to, amount of raw footage, length of the final video, animated graphics, titles, turnaround time, music license, and audio needs.
How do I get my files to you?
You can use Google Drive, Dropbox, or Microsoft One Drive to share large files with me. (as long as you do not provide any contact information).
Can I choose the music for my video?
Yes! You can provide me with any music you have permission to use. Otherwise, we can discuss your project and targeted audience to pick the music that best fits the selected style. We use only licensed music [sourced from a selection of the best and most affordable libraries] to avoid legal issues
How many revisions are included and how do they work?
We include different revisions per package, and also have review add ons available for you. Any mistakes on our end are covered with no limitation. Any changes outside the scope of the initial agreement and instructions must be paid for separately, and the pricing may vary according to complexity.
Will my videos be safe?
Yes, absolutely! We don't use any of your files for any other purposes than for the job you require. Likewise, New Motion Media reserves the right to use any photos or videos for our professional portfolio only.
How long do you keep my project saved?
We keep all projects saved for 3 months after order completion - then, we delete them to free up space. If you need us to keep your project saved for longer please let us know in advance.
