FAQ
Do I lose my current WhatsApp number or my chats?
No. In almost every build the assistant goes live on a second number, so the WhatsApp you use today is never touched — same app, same chats, same history. If you need your exact current number instead, that is possible, but it has a real trade-off and I will explain it before you order, not after.
Does it sound like a robot?
hat is the part I spend the most time on. It answers in your business's voice and in full sentences, and when it does not know something, it says so and hands you the conversation instead of inventing an answer.
What do you need from me to start?
Your business information: what you sell, your prices or price ranges, hours, location, and the questions your customers ask most. If you already answer them by hand every day, screenshots of those chats are the best material you can send me.
Can it work in Spanish?
Yes, in Spanish or in English. Both at once comes with Standard and Premium, or as the multi- language extra on Basic. I am a native Spanish speaker, so a Spanish assistant is not a translation of an English one.
Which channel is fastest to launch?
Your website or Telegram: no platform approval, so they can go live in days. WhatsApp is the strongest channel but depends on Meta verifying your business, which runs on their clock. If you need speed, start on the website and add WhatsApp once Meta clears you.
Is there a monthly cost?
Yes, and I say it upfront. The build is one payment; keeping the assistant running is $40/month, sent as a monthly offer here. It covers hosting, monitoring, model usage and changes. Stop any month. On Premium, or with the Source Code extra, I hand you the flow to host it yourself.
