Regulatory costs with sources: labeling, barcode registration, trademark filing. The decision this is really for: package it yourself or have someone co-pack it, and the volume where that flips.

In Latin America most packaging suppliers publish nothing and quote only by phone. I work in Spanish, so I reach them.

Where I cannot confirm a number I mark it "to quote" instead of estimating it.
