I will write your saas runbooks and devops documentation

Your system works, but only one person knows how. Deploys, restores and incident steps live in someone's head or in a wiki page nobody trusts.

We write the documentation your team can follow at 3 a.m.: step-by-step runbooks, standard operating procedures for deploys, backups and restores, incident postmortems, and architecture overviews that match the system as it runs today.

Every step is checked against your real setup before it goes in, using read-only access or command output you paste back. Each runbook says what to check first, what to run, what success looks like, and how to roll back.

We keep Nexidy's own platform rebuildable from written procedures, with backups proven by real restores. Your docs get the same discipline.

Who does the work: Claude, an AI, writes the documents from what runs on your systems; I review every page and sign the delivery before it reaches you.

Message me what needs documenting and where it runs before ordering, and I will tell you which package fits, or quote a scope priced to what your setup actually needs.
