Do you want your WordPress site kept updated, backed up and secure, without handling it yourself? This is a monthly care plan that I do by hand. I keep the scope clear, so you know what you get.
What the plans cover
- Core, plugin and theme updates, with a backup first
- Regular backups, and a check that they work

- A monthly report of what I did
- Standard and Premium: malware scans and security hardening
- Premium: an SEO and speed check
Support hours
Each plan has a set number of support hours for small fixes and questions. They are listed in each package. Unused hours do not roll over. Bigger jobs are quoted first.
How it works
- You send me your site link and admin access.
- I back up the site and review its current state.
- I run the updates and checks each month.
- I send the report and tell you about anything that needs a decision.
Please note
Each plan runs for 30 days and you can renew it. I cannot promise a site will never be attacked or go down, but regular care lowers the risk.

What is included in each plan?
Basic has updates, backups, uptime checks, a monthly report and 30 minutes of support. Standard adds malware scans, security hardening and 2 hours of support. Premium adds an SEO and speed check and 4 hours of support.
What counts as support hours?
Small fixes, questions and changes to the site, such as a broken form or a plugin conflict. Bigger jobs, like a redesign or a new feature, are quoted before I start.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Hours are for the 30 days of the plan. If you often need more, I can quote a larger plan or you can add extra hours.
What access do you need?
WordPress admin access, and hosting access if possible so I can restore backups. I only ask for what the job needs.
Can updates break my site?
Any update carries some risk. I back up first, update in small steps and check the site afterwards. If something breaks, I restore it and fix it.
Do you guarantee my site will not be hacked or go down?
No. Nobody can promise that. Regular updates, scans and hardening lower the risk, and I tell you quickly if I find a problem.
How do I renew the plan?
Order again after the 30 days, or use Subscribe to Save on the gig so it renews each month. You can stop at any time.
My site is already hacked. Can you help?
Yes, but cleanup is a separate job. See my malware removal gig, or message me and I will confirm the scope first.
