Turn one CSV or Excel export into a consistent table using rules we agree before ordering. Message first with a small sanitized sample.
Basic: up to 100 rows/20 columns; 3 days, 1 revision.
Standard: up to 1,000 rows/30 columns; 5 days, 1 revision.
Premium: up to 5,000 rows/50 columns; 7 days, 2 revisions.
Every tier covers ONE flat table/worksheet: trim spaces, standardize agreed text/date formats, flag missing or invalid values, and deduplicate only by approved exact-match keys. You receive a cleaned CSV/XLSX, exceptions and a change report. The original stays separate; I do not invent facts.
Revisions correct the agreed cleanup rules. New rules or larger files need another scope. PDF/OCR, complex formulas, macros, fuzzy matching, joins and database migrations are excluded.
Provide row/column counts and desired rules. No passwords, payment-card data, health records or unrelated private information. I may use AI-assisted tools, review the output and apply deterministic checks. Communication and payment stay on Fiverr.

How much data is included?
One CSV/XLSX flat table or worksheet. Basic: up to 100 rows/20 columns; Standard: 1,000/30; Premium: 5,000/50. Delivery: 3/5/7 days. Message first with a sanitized sample; larger or more complex files need another scope.
How do you decide which records are duplicates?
We agree on exact-match keys and which record to retain before cleanup. I flag ambiguous matches instead of guessing which person or transaction a row represents.
Will you fill missing information?
I flag missing or invalid values and include an exception list. I do not invent facts or infer identities. Any approved fixed-value replacement must be explicitly agreed.
What files will I receive?
A cleaned CSV/XLSX, change report and exception list. Your original remains separate. Basic/Standard include one revision to agreed cleanup rules; Premium includes two. New rules need a new scope.
Do you convert PDFs or repair macros?
Not in this package. OCR/PDF conversion, macros, complex formulas, fuzzy matching, joins and database migrations need a separate scope.
