Give visitors a clear way to ask questions, find the right service and contact your team. I build Botpress AI chatbots using your approved FAQs, prices, policies and brand voice.
Your bot can answer common questions, guide enquiries, collect lead details and hand off to a human when needed. I test the conversation paths and give you a handover so you can update content later.
Basic: one website channel and up to 15 FAQ topics. Standard: one website or WhatsApp channel, up to 4 guided flows and lead capture. Premium: two channels, booking flows and one agreed API integration. Support windows and revisions follow the selected package.
WhatsApp needs your own eligible Meta/WhatsApp Business setup and approvals. Botpress, AI model, WhatsApp and other third-party usage or subscription charges are separate and vary with your setup and traffic. We'll confirm integrations and any paid services before work starts.

What do you need from me to start?
Your website link or FAQ/price-list document, your business name and (optionally) logo/colours, and a free Botpress account (takes 2 minutes — I'll guide you). For WhatsApp, you'll also need a Meta business account.
Do I need my own OpenAI / API key?
An AI provider key may be needed for the chosen setup. Keep it in your own account; we will agree a secure way to connect it after ordering. Please don't paste secrets into the order form or chat. Provider usage is billed separately and depends on traffic and plan.
Do I need a paid Botpress plan?
A free Botpress tier may be enough for some use cases, depending on current limits and traffic. Paid Botpress, AI provider and WhatsApp/Meta charges are separate. I will review the setup and flag expected third-party costs before implementation.
Can the bot work on WhatsApp?
Yes — Standard covers one channel (website or WhatsApp), Premium covers both. WhatsApp requires your own Meta/WhatsApp Business setup; I'll guide you through it.
What languages can the bot speak?
The listed packages are configured for one agreed language, normally English. Tell me the language your customers use. Multi-language design and testing require a custom scope and quote.
Can you fix or improve my existing chatbot?
Yes — message me with what you have and I'll quote it as a custom offer.
Will I be able to update answers myself?
Yes. Your handover notes show exactly how to edit questions and prices — no coding needed.
What if something breaks after delivery?
Every package includes a bug-fix window (7/14/30 days). Ongoing maintenance is available as an extra.
