I will write system design document, software architecture and technical specification
Technical documentation and data automation for software teams
About this Gig
Scrivimi pure in italiano.
Six months from now, someone will ask why the system works this way. If nobody wrote down the reason, the team will either rebuild it or be afraid to touch it.
I write the document that answers that question before it is asked.
WHAT YOU GET
- The problem the system solves, and the constraints it lives under
- Components, responsibilities and how they talk to each other
- Data model and the main flows through the system
- Diagrams: context, container and sequence, in C4 or plain UML
- Non-functional targets: scale, latency, availability, cost
- The options you did not choose, and why - architecture decision records (Premium)
WHO BUYS THIS
Founders who need something credible for a technical investor or a CTO candidate. Teams handing a system over to another team. Agencies that have to show a client what was built.
I am a software engineer, not a writer who read about architecture. If your design has a problem, you will hear it from me before you hear it from production.

FAQ
Can you write an ADR for a decision we already made?
Yes, and that is most of the work. I interview whoever made the call, reconstruct the options and constraints as they were at the time, and record the consequences you have seen since. Backfilled ADRs are still useful.
Do you decide the architecture, or just document it?
I document your decision. I will point out a trade-off you have not written down, or a consequence that looks understated, but the choice stays yours. If you want architecture consulting instead, message me and I will say whether I am the right person.
What tool do you use for the diagrams?
Mermaid or PlantUML by default, so the diagram lives in the repository as text and stays reviewable in pull requests. If you prefer draw.io or Excalidraw, I deliver the editable source file for those instead.
