Need to talk something through but need to do more than just offload?
This online session (Zoom/Teams) is designed for those moments when you're stuck, stressed, overwhelmed, overthinking or simply need an objective perspective.
Perhaps you're facing an important decision, processing a difficult situation, preparing for a challenging conversation or trying to work out what to do next.
Sometimes friends and family aren't available. Sometimes they're too close to the situation. Sometimes you just need a calm, experienced objective person to help you untangle your thoughts and see things more clearly.
This is a practical, focused space to:
- organise your thinking
- explore options
- challenge assumptions
- gain perspective
- decide what makes sense for you
I've spent 30 years helping people think through challenges, decisions and difficult situations. Over that time I've worked with thousands of people across a wide range of industries and circumstances, which means there's a good chance I've seen something similar before.

How does the session work?
We’ll meet online (Zoom/ Teams) for a focused conversation based on your situation. There’s no fixed agenda: we’ll quickly get to the heart of what’s going on, explore it together and work towards greater clarity and perspective. Phone is an option for those who prefer it, or if it's more practical.
What can I use this session for?
You can use this session for any decision, dilemma, situation or conversation you’d like to think through. The goal isn’t to tell you what to do — it’s to help you organise your thinking, gain perspective and decide what makes sense for you.
Will you tell me what I should do?
No. The aim is to help you think more clearly about your situation and decide what makes sense for you. I’ll ask questions, offer perspective and challenge your thinking where useful, but the decisions remain yours.
Can you provide HR or legal advice?
No. While I may help you think through workplace situations, I don’t provide HR, legal or other specialist advice. My role is to help you explore your options, gain perspective and decide what makes sense for you. Any decisions you make remain your responsibility.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation is required. However, this session is for people with particular situations in mind. Although not essential, it can be helpful if I know in advance the general area you’d like to focus on.
What happens after I book?
I’ll send you a message to arrange a time that works for both of us. Sessions are held via Zoom, Teams or phone and are usually scheduled within a few days, depending on availability.
What if I’m not sure this is right for me?
You’re very welcome to message me before booking. Briefly outline your situation and I’ll let you know whether I think this service is likely to be a good fit.
