I will help you register a company in shenzhen
China Company Registration Preparation Consultant
About this Gig
What I Can Help With
Wondering how a foreign founder can get a Shenzhen company application ready without wasted trips? I prepare the paperwork side: name options, business scope wording, shareholder and director details, address coordination with a local provider, and a step-by-step filing guide for the Shenzhen market.
How the Process Works
My role is preparation and explanation, not representation before officials. Whether you are testing hardware sourcing, cross-border e-commerce or a tech service idea, the materials have to fit what you actually intend to do.
What You Receive
What you receive: a tailored checklist, a document review, a draft scope, and a walkthrough of the local filing sequence. I do not promise that registration will be approved, that a bank will open an account, or that any timeline will hold, because those calls belong to the authorities and the banks.
Important Notes
Statutory charges and any translation, address or vendor invoices are billed separately from my fee. Before we start, send your ownership split, passport pages, address plan and a short note on the business.

FAQ
Can you guarantee my Shenzhen registration will be approved?
No. The registration authority reviews every application and decides on its own. My work is limited to preparing and explaining the materials. I cannot promise approval, and nobody can honestly promise a fixed processing time for you.
Are government fees included in your package price?
They are not. Statutory charges, translation invoices, address provider costs and any other vendor bills are paid by you directly, separate from my service fee. I list the likely items in advance so you can plan a budget.
Do I need to travel to Shenzhen in person?
Many early tasks can often be done remotely using scanned files. Still, certain stages might call for a visit or an in-city agent, and I will point those out once your structure is clear. I cannot eliminate every requirement to appear in person.
What documents should I prepare first?
Begin with the bio page of each passport held by directors and shareholders, then supply address verification plus a brief note on what the business will do. Ownership percentages and proposed names follow. After our first chat I will confirm the complete list.
How should the business scope be worded?
The wording needs to reflect your real activities, not a wish list. Overly broad descriptions often invite extra questions from reviewers. We will draft a scope that matches your plan and adjust it as your Shenzhen plans become clearer.
Can you open a bank account for my new company?
Account opening is handled by banks under their own rules, and I do not control that process. I can explain the typical documents and sequence, but acceptance is never assured. Please treat banking as a separate step with its own requirements.
How long does the whole preparation take?
The schedule hinges on the completeness of what you send and the complexity of who owns what. I will offer a working estimate rather than a promise. Official processing clocks sit outside my control and may shift.
Is a local Shenzhen address required?
In most cases a registered address in Shenzhen is needed, and many founders use a provider. I can coordinate with an address vendor, but their fees are separate and their availability is not something I guarantee. We will review options together.
What happens after the company is registered?
After registration you still face tax registration, bookkeeping choices and possibly licensing. I include a post-setup roadmap so you know the usual next steps. I do not perform tax filings or legal representation, and outcomes there are not promised.
Can you help if my activity is regulated?
Some activities need extra permits or approvals before or after company registration. I can point out where those usually appear, but I do not obtain licences or promise they will be granted. We will map the risks early so you can decide.
