Do I already need Zoho CRM before ordering?
Yes, this gig is for automating and connecting an account you already have. If you still need a CRM set up from scratch, message me and I’ll point you to the right option.
What kinds of things can you automate?
Common ones are assigning new leads to the right person, sending reminders and follow-up emails, moving deals between stages, and updating records when something changes. If you have another repetitive task in mind, tell me and I’ll say whether it’s possible.
Can you connect Zoho to my other tools?
Yes. I can connect Zoho to things like your website forms, email and other apps. Tell me which tools you use and I’ll confirm what can be connected before you order.
What if what I need can’t be done with the standard settings?
Then I use custom functions and scripts to build it. I’ll let you know up front if your idea needs that, so there are no surprises.
Will anything I already have in the CRM break?
I’m careful with live accounts. I test changes before switching them on, and I check that your existing data and workflows aren’t affected. If you’d like extra caution, tell me and we can test with a small group first.
What does automation planning include?
Before building, I look at how your team works and suggest what to automate first, so you get quick wins and don’t end up with a complicated setup nobody trusts.
What’s in the analytics report?
A simple view of what the automations are doing, such as leads handled, follow-ups sent and where deals are getting stuck, so you can see whether the changes are helping.
What does account management in the Premium package cover?
After the build, I look after your automations: fixing anything that stops working, adjusting rules as your process changes, and helping your team when questions come up.

That’s what the training call in the Standard and Premium packages is for. I explain each automation in plain language so your team isn’t left guessing.
How long will it take, and can I get it faster?
Delivery runs from 3 to 10 days depending on the package. If you’re on a tight deadline, extra fast delivery is available on each package.
