Do I need a Zoho account before ordering?
No. If you don’t have one yet, I’ll help you pick the right plan. If you already have one, I’ll work inside it once you add me as a user.
What’s the difference between Zoho CRM and Zoho One?
Zoho CRM handles your sales, contacts and deals. Zoho One is a bundle of many Zoho apps under one subscription. Tell me what your business needs and I’ll say which one makes sense before you spend anything.
I already have Zoho CRM but it’s a mess. Can you fix it?
Yes. Tell me what’s frustrating you, or order the CRM Health Check, and I’ll send a clear list of what to change. If the cleanup is big, I’ll suggest the package that fits.
Can you move my spreadsheet data into Zoho CRM?
Yes. Send me the file and I’ll clean it up and map each column to the right CRM field. For big files, the CRM Data Import add-on covers it.
What does “automation planning” actually mean?
I look at the tasks your team repeats, like assigning new leads or sending follow-up reminders, and put together a plan for what to automate first and how, so you save time without overcomplicating things.
Will my team know how to use it afterwards?
That’s the point of the training session in the Standard and Premium packages. I walk your team through the setup in plain language and answer their questions.
What’s included in the analytics report?
A simple view of how your sales are moving, such as leads coming in, deals by stage and where things are getting stuck, so you can make decisions without digging through records.
What does account management in the Premium package cover?
I look after your CRM after setup: keeping it tidy, adjusting fields or stages as your process changes, and helping your team when something comes up.
Can you work with the other Zoho apps, not just CRM?

How long does the setup take, and can I get it faster?
Delivery runs from 3 to 8 days depending on the package. If you’re on a tight deadline, extra fast delivery is available on each package.
