FAQ
What data do you need to build the dashboard?
Your task list with dates and status, plus budget figures if you want cost tracking. If your data is messy, I'll clean and structure it as part of the build.
Do I need Power BI or any paid tool?
No. Everything is built in standard Excel using formulas, pivot tables and charts. No add-ins, no subscriptions.
How do I update it each week?
You update one data tab. Every chart and KPI on the dashboard refreshes from it. It takes a few minutes, and I include a short guide.
Can it track more than one project at once?
Yes, with the Premium package. You get a portfolio roll-up view plus a drill-down per project.
Can you match my company branding?
Yes. Send your logo and brand colours and the dashboard will use them.
Can you connect it to my existing tracker?
Yes. If you already have a task sheet, I'll link the dashboard to it rather than making you re-enter data.
