FAQ
Which platform (Vapi, Synthflow, Retell) is best for my needs?
It depends on your project! Vapi is great for more complex, developer-driven needs. Synthflow is excellent for no-code, quick setups. Retell is a strong choice if you have specific compliance requirements like HIPAA. We can discuss your specific needs to pick the perfect one

Yes. The agent can be integrated with GoHighLevel or other CRMs, along with scheduling and automation tools like Google Calendar, Make.com, Zapier, or n8n, depending on your setup.
Is this AI voice agent compliant with call recording and consent laws?
Yes. The AI voice agent can be configured to support common compliance requirements such as call disclosures, consent prompts, opt-out handling, and call recording notices
Can you create an AI cold caller?
Due to legal restrictions, there may be issues when it comes to creating a cold-calling AI agent that calls consumers - but this depends on your country
What about ongoing maintenance or support after the gig is completed?
This gig covers initial development. For ongoing maintenance, updates, or support, we can discuss a separate custom offer tailored to your needs
What is your process like?

What kind of tasks can the AI voice agent handle?
Different tasks: answering FAQs, scheduling, lead qualification, outbound calls, basic support, and more, depending on the platform and your needs
