What do you need from me to get started?
The trademark registration or serial number(s), the current and new owner's names and addresses, and the signed assignment document if you already have one. For Standard and Premium, I'll prepare the agreement for both parties to sign.
Are USPTO government fees included in the price?
No. USPTO recordation fees are charged per mark and are separate from my package price. I'll confirm the exact fee before filing.
Are you a trademark attorney?
No. I handle document preparation and USPTO assignment recordation, which doesn't require an attorney. I don't give legal advice. For disputes, legal opinions or new applications, please use a licensed trademark attorney.
How long does the USPTO take to record an assignment?
I file within your package delivery time. Electronic filings are often recorded within days, but USPTO processing times vary and are outside my control. I'll send the recordation notice as soon as it's issued.
