What if I have more raw footage than the package limit?
No problem! Please message me before placing your order with the total amount of raw footage you have. I can provide a custom offer that covers the extra time required to sort through and edit that much material.
Do you handle copyrighted music or sound licensing?
I can use royalty-free music/sounds, or I can use any tracks you provide if you have the necessary licenses. Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all assets provided for the project are cleared for use on their platform to avoid copyright strikes.
How should I send you my raw footage?
Use Frame.io if you want to leave notes directly on the video. If you just need to send files, use Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer. Please don't zip your files—just send them as individual clips. Also, please label your files and camera angles clearly so I can find exactly what I need.
What if I need my video finished sooner than the package delivery time?
