Can I book an initial consultation call with you before I purchase any of your services?
Yes, that is actually what I recommend so that I can determine how I can contribute to your project. It is possible to book a 30-minute long or a 60-minute long consultation call through my main page or by purchasing my basic package.
How do you manage changes to the project requirements during the course of the project?
Every change will be evaluated based on its impact to the project. Minor changes with little impact may add extra time to the project's timeline but will not incur additional fees. Major changes with big impact however will prolong the duration of the project and will incur additional fees.
Do you offer any services outside those included in your packages?
Yes, tailoring to my clients' needs is what I take pride in. I would be delighted to discuss any project you might be working on to determine how I can contribute. Once agreed on a plan forward, I will provide a custom offer.
Would you be able to assist us on an ongoing basis?
Yes, I would be more than happy to provide you with support on a monthly retainer. The exact specifics of such an arrangement will depend on a number of factors such as the level of support needed, time zones involved etc.
Would you be able to access my AWS environment if needed?
Yes. If the project requires it, I would access your AWS account in a secure way via an automated workflow I have developed myself.
Do you offer any consultancy services for other cloud providers as well such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud?
Not at this point in time.
