Do I need to give you my server passwords?
For the BASIC package, NO. You will receive an activation code and a PDF guide to do it yourself safely. For STANDARD and PREMIUM, I will need SSH/cPanel access to do the manual installation for you.
Do I need to give you my GoDaddy/Cloudflare DNS login?
ABSOLUTELY NOT. For security reasons, we never ask for DNS passwords. We will provide a CNAME record, and you just need to add it to your DNS panel.
What exactly do I get with the BASIC (DIY) package?
You receive a LIFETIME license for our enterprise platform. You can either use our Agentless API-Push to deploy directly to cloud providers (AWS, Cloudflare, etc.), OR use our Smart 1-line setup command for traditional VPS/Docker. Both methods guarantee true lifetime auto-renewal.
What servers and hosting panels are supported?
