Where is PRECISE from?
I learned this model when I was training as an NLP practitioner, for years I thought everyone knew it and then I found out that it was created by my Trainer, Nicholas Evans. The more I did into it the more I realised how genius it actually is.
What's wrong with SMART goals?
SMART Goals where never designed with personal achievement in mind. The original purpose was to make sure that goals set in business meetings fit at least one of the criteria. Straight up though the biggest issue is they let you self sabotage and nobody ever feels motivated by a "SMART goal"
How did you learn NLP?
I first encountered NLP when I was 13 and my dad paid me to summarise an NLP book that he didn't have time to read. Later I completed Practitioner training with INLPTA and then was lucky enough to learn direct from co-founder of Richard Bandler.
