I do NOT offer a guarantee of success. I've been successful in helping many sellers overcome a variety of problems. But ultimately Amazon will decide the outcome. Despite our best efforts sometimes we are not successful.
How long will it take?
This is highly variable and depends on the situation. If it's something that doesn't require Amazon's response or help, then I can usually fix it within a few days. Otherwise we spend a lot of time waiting on Amazon.
