Will this break my site?

What access do you need?
Basic tier just needs your URL. Standard and Premium need wp-admin and ideally cPanel or hosting panel access for server-level work.
Do you work with WooCommerce sites?
Yes. WooCommerce sites have specific performance challenges — cart fragments, product queries, checkout scripts. I optimize for all of it.
What if I already have a caching plugin installed?
