Helmets are the hardest part of a build. Curves warp, seams gap, and a pattern that's off by a few millimeters ends up too tight, too loose or lopsided. Free templates rarely match your character or your head size.
I design custom EVA foam helmet and mask patterns from scratch, scaled to your head measurements and matched to your character, so the pieces fit together cleanly.

Every file is print-ready, tiled for home printers, with numbered pieces, marked cut lines and clear assembly notes, so you cut once and it fits.

What do you need from me to start?
The character or helmet name, clear reference images (front, side, back and top if possible), your head measurements, and any details like visors, horns or removable parts.
What will I receive?
A print-ready PDF template, tiled for A4 or Letter, with every piece numbered and labeled, cut, bevel and seam lines marked, and assembly notes.
How do you make sure it fits my head?
I scale the pattern to your measurements. I'll tell you which ones to take (circumference, front to back, ear to ear), and you can send a photo of your tape measurements.
Do you sell the finished helmet?
No. This gig is for digital patterns only, so you cut and build the helmet yourself.
What if the helmet doesn't fit or look right?
Tell me what's off and I'll adjust the pattern. Revisions are included, and the number depends on your package.
