I will create an android app with flutter, flutter is a development-kit to create nice android and iOS apps with just one codebase. The apps in flutter are native, so there is no difference between a flutter app and a native app.
I am german so if you need german translated app, that's no problem for me.

Hey, my name is Niclas and I'm from Germany, that's the reason for my English.
One of my biggest hobby is programming, so that was the main reason for this fiverr account.
10 Years ago, I started to learn web development. One of my favorite programming languages are PHP and JS.
I have some experience with Laravel, Vue, React, Angular and Flutter, but today I mostly use Laravel + Vue for one project and DiscordJS for my Discord Bot and for my third project I use ExpressJS + Vue.
So I used a lot of frameworks and maybe there is a nice framework that I can use for your needs.
