I will be your online fitness trainer

I will make a detailed workout program to help you reach your fitness goals. All workout plans and meal plans are custom-made for your goal. The workout plans will include the sets, reps, and rest times. The meal plans include delicious meals with ingredients, serving sizes, and calories.

Please note, if you don't follow the workout plan and meal plan it will make it harder to reach your goals which should be realistic and you have to hold yourself accountable.

The workout plan is for 12 weeks and you can send progress pictures if you so desire. If you have any problems or issues with some of the exercises or rest times please let me know and if you have any fitness-related questions I will be happy to help as well. Everything we talk about related to the workout plan and the meal plan will be kept confidential.
