I am a PhD immunologist with five years of hands-on experience in multiparametric and spectral flow cytometry and cell sorting, and three years of downstream analysis in R and Python.

What I can do for you:

• Gating review and troubleshooting when your results do not make sense.
• Data analysis in FlowJo: gating strategy, population frequencies and MFI, statistics between groups, publication-ready plots.
• High-dimensional analysis: clustering, UMAP or tSNE and cluster annotation for 15+ colour or spectral data.

You send your FCS files or FlowJo workspace, a description of the experiment and the question you want answered; I confirm the plan before starting. Data are treated as confidential and analysed exactly as provided.
