Do you need access to my NetSuite account to do the work?
Yes, I will need access to your account with an Administrator role in order to perform the work. I will sign an NDA if you business requires it.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, I can certainly sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement if your business requires it.
Can we have a live video call to discuss my requirements?
Absolutely! In fact, a call is encouraged so I can understand your specific business requirements more in depth and get some context on the scope of the project.
Do I need a sandbox/test account?
Ideally, we should start working on a Sandbox account so we can perform the appropriate testing and then deploy the work to your Production account. However, this is not a requirement. We can work directly in your Production account.
Do I need previous NetSuite knowledge?
No! You don't need any specific NetSuite knowledge. I will do all the work. However, I do need detailed requirements from you on what you expect from the project and your business needs.
Can I modify the workflows after the job is done?
You can certainly edit workflows afterwards! However, it is recommended that you have some previous experience or knowledge before manipulating the customizations. You can contact me at any time if you need post-project help!
Does this require scripting or coding?
No, that's the beauty of NetSuite. Unlike other ERPs, creating and manipulating workflows do not require any scripting or coding.
