What do I need to provide for you to start drafting my plans?
I need a clear sketch (hand-drawn or digital), basic dimensions, and any reference images. For complex projects, design specifications and an area schedule are highly helpful.
What is the main difference between the STANDARD and PREMIUM packages?
The STANDARD package delivers the necessary plans for design comprehension (Floor Plans, Sections, and Elevations). The PREMIUM is a complete set of detailed construction drawings (including 4 Sections/Elevations) and the Source File for you to edit.
What format will you deliver the final plans in?
All plans are delivered in high-resolution PDF format, ready for printing. If the package includes it (or if you purchase it as an extra), you will also receive the editable file in DWG (AutoCAD) or RVT (Revit) format.
Does the price include the review of local building codes (Regulations)?
Not directly. The price covers the technical drafting of your designs. However, thanks to my experience in Construction Oversight, I can identify potential design conflicts, but the final verification of specific codes is the responsibility of the client or the local Architect.

A revision includes minor changes to dimensions, labels, or furniture. It does not include a complete redesign of the plan or a change in the building's geometry or footprint.
