Hi, I'm Nicole and I am here to be your accountability coach assisting you with developing adaptive behaviors, eliminating unhealthy habits, cultivating a positive mindset, clearly establishing your goals and what is important to you as well as helping you stay accountable on your journey towards achieving those goals and ambitions.

I hold a Master's degree in Psychology and am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). I am also a Spiritual Development Coach, certified by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).

I have an ongoing passion for self-development and love to help others along their own expansion journey. I am here to create a safe container where we can delve into any of your limiting beliefs, unhealthy behavior patterns and blocks in order to come up with adaptive replacement behaviors and beliefs. Together we will create an individualized action plan that will help you feel more productive, fulfilled and joyful in your daily life as well as help you to achieve your goals and dreams.
