FAQ
Can you scrape any website?
Most public sites, yes. Send me the URL before ordering and I'll check it and tell you straight. I don't work around protections a site has deliberately put up, and I'll say so upfront rather than take the order and fail.
What format will I get the data in?
CSV or JSON by default. Google Sheets, Excel or a direct write into your database on request — just say which when you message me.
Will it still work if the site changes?
Sites change and scrapers break, that's normal. The code is written to be easy to adjust and I include a short guide on what to edit. Standard and Premium come with a 30-day fix guarantee, and I offer ongoing maintenance if you want it.
Do I need to install anything?
Not if you take Standard or Premium — I install and schedule it for you. On Basic you get the code and step-by-step setup instructions; you'll need Python on your machine or server.
Can it log into a site or portal?
Yes, on accounts that belong to you and that you authorise me to use. Credentials go through Fiverr's secure delivery, never plain chat, and I delete them when the job is done.
