For the register of a Trademark in Chile, there exists two organs: a Court ("Tribunal de Propiedad Intelectual") and a Public Administration Body: INAPI ("Instituto Nacional de Propiedad Intelectual" ).
The regular procedure to register a Trademark it's done at INAPI, according the normative and proccedure of the "Law of intelectuall property" (Ley 19.039)
Compliance with that proccedure and with the final resolution of INAPI, your trademark will be protected and registered at your name.
