Personalized Guitar Lessons

I design each class around youyour experience with the instrument (whatever it may be) and your goals with the guitar. Whether you want to dive into music theory, learn to read and write music, develop your improvisation skills, or simply figure out your favorite songs by ear to jam with friends, every student follows a unique program tailored to their interests and level.

I like to include some basic music theory concepts, even if theyre not strictly necessary to start playing, because they can really enrich your understanding of music. I also place a strong emphasis on ear training, with specific methods and exercises to help you identify what's going on in the music you hear. Together, well listen to songs and break them down.

Styles I teach include rock, pop, funk, soul, blues, jazz,tango, and more.
