Wordpress or WiX?
Both Wordpress and WiX are robust solutions. Wordpress is more technical and very difficult to edit without a developer. For very customized functionality, Wordpress is best. Few businesses need this, so WiX is perfect and allows more control from business owners.
What functionality restrictions does WIX have?
WiX has come a long way in recent years, we find for majority of our clients, their functionality requests can be achieved. When it cannot, we will find the best solution, whether it is Wordpress, Shopify or work-arounds.
Does WiX have SEO issues?
It's an old wives tale...created by the plethora of WordPress developers losing business to WiX.
What do you need to start the project?
We have a new client onboarding form where you can share with us everything from your business taglines, competitors, target market, website references, etc. We create a Google Drive share folder so you can upload your media assets like logo's, image, videos, digital downloads, as well as content.
How do I give feedback during the website design process?
We use a feedback editor tool, so you can click on sections of the website and leave feedback directly on the site.
What is if don't have all the content ready?
We allow 3 business days for delivery of content from project kickoff. If the content is not received we will use placement text and images (dummy) throughout the site. The video tutorial will explain how you can change this easily after site handover.
Do you offer help and support after the site is finished?
We provide free 1 month bug fixing after site handover. We offer managed services for website maintenance, updates, changes, etc, on either retainer model or by hourly rates.
Do you offer SEO?
We include basic SEO in every website design service. For advanced SEO we will advise you before the project so you can make informed decisions about your site development. We offer retainer model SEO packages for ongoing works.
